These terms apply to your use of infinitysecurity.co.nz, operated by Tetrahedron Group Ltd, trading as Infinity Leads. By submitting a form on this site or otherwise using it, you agree to these terms. This is general information, not legal advice, and it's specific to this site.

1. What this service is

Infinity Security is a free matching service. We connect people looking for security services with independent, third-party security providers covering the relevant area and service type. We are not a security installer, a security guarding company, or an employer or agent of any provider in the network. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own work, pricing, licensing, and conduct.

2. No guarantee of outcome

We take reasonable steps to check basic licensing and business details before a provider joins the network, as described on our reviews page. We don't guarantee the quality, pricing, timeliness, or outcome of any work carried out by a provider, and we're not a party to any contract you enter into with one. You should confirm licensing, insurance, and quotes directly with a provider before engaging them.

3. Using the free quote form

When you submit a quote request, you agree to provide accurate contact information and a genuine description of the work you're enquiring about. We may decline to match an enquiry that appears false, abusive, or outside the areas or services we currently cover.

4. Registering as a provider

Businesses that register through our provider page do so at their own discretion. Registration doesn't guarantee a minimum number of leads, exclusivity beyond what's described on that page, or ongoing access to the network. We may decline or remove a provider from the network, including for licensing issues, unresolved complaints, or inactivity.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or automated data collection, no submitting forms with false or misleading information, and no attempting to interfere with how the site or its forms operate.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Tetrahedron Group Ltd unless otherwise noted. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; you may not reproduce or repurpose site content for a competing service without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Tetrahedron Group Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from the acts or omissions of an independent provider you're matched with. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
