Infinity Security
A security provider on site at a New Zealand property

Our promise

Four things we will actually do

Plenty of companies in this industry promise you the work will be perfect. We cannot promise that, because we do not do the work. What we can promise is how we behave, so all four of these are things entirely within our control and all four are true from the day you send an enquiry.

01

One provider. Your details are never resold.

Your enquiry goes to a single security provider covering your area and the work you need. It is not sold to a list of competing companies, and you will not spend the next week fielding calls from businesses you never contacted. That is the whole point of the service.

02

No contact? We rematch you, once, free.

Providers get busy and enquiries occasionally go cold. If the provider we matched you to has not been in touch within two working days, tell us through the contact form and we will match you to another one at no cost.

03

Repeated complaints get a provider removed.

Staying in the network is conditional. Providers who generate consistent complaints about conduct, no-shows or quoting are removed from it. We would rather have a smaller network than send you to someone we have already had to apologise for.

04

Every price we publish is sourced.

The figures in our cost calculator come from published New Zealand price guides, and the page lists them so you can check the workings yourself. Where a job genuinely cannot be estimated without a site visit, we say that instead of inventing a number.

Just as important

And four things we will not pretend

We do not install, monitor or guard anything. Every job is carried out by an independent business under its own name, its own insurance and its own contract with you.

We cannot guarantee the quality, price or timing of that work, and we are not a party to the agreement you make with a provider. Confirm licensing, insurance and the quote directly with them before work starts.

We do not take a cut of your job. Providers pay us for the enquiry, which means the price you are quoted is between you and them.

Any warranty on the installation or the monitoring contract is the provider's, not ours. Ask them to put the term and what it covers in writing before you sign.

A promise that only ever flatters the business making it is worth nothing. These limits are in our terms of service as well, in the same words.

If we fall short of any of this

Tell us through the contact form. It is the same form for a complaint as for anything else, it reaches Tetrahedron Group Ltd directly rather than a provider, and a complaint about a provider is how they end up removed from the network.
