Is Infinity Security an installer, or something else?
We're a free matching service, not an installer. When you submit a quote request, we match it to one vetted local provider who does the actual installation or guarding work. That provider quotes and delivers the job directly.
Does it cost anything to get matched?
No. Submitting a free quote request costs nothing, and there's no obligation to book with the provider we match you to.
How fast will I hear from someone?
Typically within a business day or two. Response times depend on the provider's current workload and how you've described the job, so add detail in the notes field if it's time-sensitive.
Will I get calls from multiple companies?
No, that's the main difference from a typical comparison site. Each enquiry goes to one matched provider, not a shared list sent to five companies at once.
What areas do you cover?
Currently Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, and Dunedin, plus the suburbs around each. Submit a quote even if your exact suburb isn't listed; coverage keeps growing.
Are the providers licensed?
Security guarding providers must hold a current Certificate of Approval under the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010. Installers are checked against standard business registration details. You're welcome to ask a provider to confirm their licensing directly.
What if the provider I'm matched with isn't a good fit?
You're never obligated to proceed. If the match doesn't work out, contact us and we'll look at matching you with a different provider where one's available.

What happens to my information when I submit a quote request?
It's shared with the one provider you're matched to, so they can contact you about the job. See our privacy policy for the full detail on how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.
Can I request a security audit instead of a specific installation?
