About Infinity Security
Infinity Security is a free matching service. We connect New Zealand homeowners and businesses with vetted local providers for alarms, CCTV, access control, guarding, and smart home security. We don't install anything ourselves; we connect the right local business to your enquiry, once.
How the matching actually works
Infinity Security is operated by Tetrahedron Group Ltd, trading as Infinity Leads, a New Zealand company that runs a small network of niche sites, each focused on a single trade. When you submit a free quote request, it goes to one vetted security provider who covers your area and the type of work you asked for. They contact you directly to confirm details and arrange a quote or site visit.
That's a deliberate design choice, not a limitation. Most comparison-style sites forward your details to several companies at once, which usually means five phone calls in the same afternoon. We think one considered conversation with a provider who's actually available and actually covers your suburb is a better experience, for you and for the business on the other end.
On the other side of the network, security businesses register through our provider page to receive enquiries in their coverage area. That's what funds the free matching service on this side.
Standards
What it takes to join the network

Licensing checked
Guarding and patrol providers must hold a current Certificate of Approval under the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010.
Business verified
Installers and contractors are checked against standard business registration details before they're added to the network.
One provider per enquiry
Each request is matched to a single provider covering your area and service, not shared across a list of competing companies.

Where we operate
We currently match enquiries across six regions: Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, and Dunedin, covering both the main centres and the suburbs around them. If you're outside those areas, submit a free quote anyway; coverage is growing and we'll let you know if we can't match your suburb yet.
